Daytona Beach, Florida, is really loaded with cultural attractions, including art and museum spots. These art and museum cultural attractions of Daytona Beach, Florida, may surprise you but won't leave you disappointed. So to get you started on your cultural attractions discovery of Daytona Beach, Florida, here's four venues, including museum and art must-sees!

I lead off with the 4.5 acre Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens. It features the various works of art from Florida and the world over that have covered such subjects as fiber and jewelry art. An ethnic art exhibition featuring two-dimensional works by greater Miami, Florida, area Latinos is running from March 2 to April 15, 2007.

Artist Malcolm Frasier agreed to give 50-plus paintings of his to the War Memorial museum of Ormond Beach (located just next to Daytona Beach) after World War II if they would be free to see for the public, who can also view two small monuments dedicated to Floridian war veterans. The museum has 67 of Frasier's works of art in their possession, but because the paintings have endured a lot of wear and tear, only 2-3 are on display at any one time, as the others are being eventually restored.

According to the tour guide, four acres of this Florida complex are devoted to a Japanese-style garden park, including steps leading to a waterfall, ponds, and a wedding chapel gazebo. Such plantlife can be spotted in the gardens like bamboo, sago palm, and banana plants. This is one awesome place to get your thoughts together and to experience beautiful art!

My youngest daughter would love the Florida History Gallery. Anything that was 13-feet high that once lived will draw in her full attention. Great tips, reviews, and a nicely written article.
