Make your way over to the East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center two mornings a week, where participants who are 50+-years-old meet to walk for fitness. Since the activity is held in the center's ballroom, which is air-conditioned, you don't need to be concerned when the heat really hits Vegas.

Why spend big bucks to join a health club when you can get fit for free?
