Having long and healthy nails in hair is a common desire among many women. However, both take a beating throughout our daily lives. Often times nails are brittle and chip easily, or biting is a bad habit that we just
can kick. As for hair, loading it with styling products and then overdosing it on heat from hairdryers and straightening irons cause a large amount of damage as well. For many of us, this means being stuck with short, brittle nails and damaged hair with split-ends. But there is a possible cure.

Sprayology is a brand that recently came on the market, debuting a line of homeopathic sprays that naturally help with many common problems. Just two sprays under the tongue three times a day can help with everything ranging from symptoms of menopause to restlessness to acne-prone skin. One of Sprayology's most popular products is their Hair + Nail Tonic, which states that it promotes healthy hair growth and the elimination of brittle nails. Not only that, but it's also infused with 15 natural ingredients, as well as the Human Growth Hormone 30C, which allows nails and hair to grow quickly. I decided to try out the Sprayology Hair + Nail Tonic and see how it would work on my split-end prone hair and short nails.

For $24, I bought one bottle of the Sprayology Hair + Nail Tonic directly from their website. With two sprays under the tongue three times a day, the entire bottle lasts a month, so it's definitely a good buy.

I started using the product on the first of March after documenting my average hair and nail growth over the previous month. On average, my hair grows roughly ¼ of an inch per month. My nails are a different story. Over a series of a month, my nails go from being long, to breaking, and being short again.

I began using the Sprayology Hair + Nail Tonic with each meal I ate since it spaced out the application of it well. The spray doesn't have much of a taste, it's actually like tonic water, but nothing unbearable. I let the spray sit under my tongue for about a minute before swallowing the excess liquid. I repeated this three times a day as directed.
