Though T.G.I. Friday's provided mom with a free dessert, Dad's are not to be outdone. Grateful children can take their favorite Dad to T.G.I. Friday's to enjoy a free entree. From now until June 22, simply visit the T.G.I.Friday's site and print out the buy one, get one free entree coupon and use it to take Dad out for a fantastic meal. Though not specifically marketed as a Father's Day promo, the coupon does allow some flexibility for taking Dad out for a hearty meal. Since the coupon is good at any time through June 22, you can take Dad out early and avoid the mad rush on Father's Day. The coupon is good for dine-in only and is limited to one use per table per visit, so plan accordingly!

Take Dad to TCBY for his free dessert! TCBY is providing Dads with a free ice cream cup or ice cream cone again this year. This ice cream freebie is available at participating locations, so be sure to call ahead to ensure that your local TCBY is participating in this Father's Day promotion.

Father's Day Freebie: A day at a National Park

Father's Day weekend is one of three weekends this summer where the more than 100 National Parks that normally charge an entrance fee will waive the entrance fee. The first fee free weekend is June 20-21, and the National Park Service has the list of parks that will be waiving their entrance fees on their website. The next two fee free weekends are July 18-19 and August 15-16. Depending upon which park you choose, this could amount to a hefty savings and it isn't just Dad who is free. A trip to a National Park on Father's Day can be free and enjoyable way for the family to spend time together with Dad on his special day.
