Should You Try Go Cosmetics' Lip & Cheek Stain?

Putting the Beauty Bargain to the Test

In the land of cosmetics, the idea of a combination lip and cheek stain is pure beauty genius. Unfortunately, the price tag of one as well known as Benefit's Benetint winds up being a nightmare on almost any budget. In addition, even the most celebrated lip and cheek stains on the market
contain a long list of harsh chemicals--and yet not a single ingredient to combat the dryness and irritation they cause. So who wants to pay a fortune for a tinted 2-in-1 formula that will sap even the prettiest face of vital moisture in seconds flat? No one. Which explains why I was literally tickled pink to discover that Go Cosmetics made a bargain-priced Lip & Cheek Stain. I simply had to try it, and here's what I found...

Go Cosmetics' Lip & Cheek Stain comes in a 15 ml clear glass bottle with a black twist-off lid and a nail polish style brush applicator. The product is only available in one shade--a medium-level sheer rose--but surprisingly enough this color goes well with both light and dark complexions. And unlike the more expensive lip and cheek stains on the market, this formula contains more than just chemicals. Go Cosmetics has also added the ultra-moisturizing power of aloe leaf extract, olive oil, castor oil, and glycerin to make sure you're not drying out these delicate areas of the face while trying to give them a dash of healthy color. That makes their beauty stain safe for people with even the most sensitive skin.

An even better product that costs even less is You Glow Girl Lip & Cheek Stain. I've seen it on eBay for as little as $9.95 a bottle, and it comes in two colors--a rosy red/pink and a coral/peach. I use it all the time, and I love it! It is shipped from the USA, so if you live in the USA, you won't have to wait weeks to receive it like the Go product that comes from the UK!
