Harry Potter fans will breath a sigh of relief today when they hear the news coming from Warner Bros regarding Emma Watson.

There have been a lot of rumours circulating recently about Emma Watson and her future as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter fans. These rumours are causing quite a stir amongst Harry Potter fans around the world.

The rumours are saying that Emma Watson is considering quitting her role in the Harry Potter films and that she will not be signing on to play Hermione Granger in the final two films. It is also being reported that she has been offered double her salary, around 4 million pounds sterling in an attempt to lure her back to play Hermione in the final two films. However, Emma Watson is not concerned about the money.

There are a number of reasons begin given as to why she would not want to continue with the Harry Potter films. Apparently Rupert Grint who plays Ron in the Harry Potter films has said Emma Watson is "tired of being known as 'that girl from Harry Potter'". Emma Watson was also recently the victim of a stalker. A fan was found to be entering her school causing the sixteen-year-old Watson a great deal of worry. Another reason believed to be causing these rumours is Watson's academic wishes. Emma Watson is a good student who recently achieved straight A's on her GCSC exams. She is now in her A level year and has expressed the desire to attend University which, if she went straight after finishing school would interfere with the filming of the final two Harry Potter films.

However, recent news today will slow down these rumours. The news, which, is coming directly from Warner Bros producers, is stating that they are extremely confident that Emma Watson will now sign on to complete the Harry Potter film series. A Warner Bros spokesperson told CBBC Newsround, "we're extremely confident that Emma will be back for films six and seven."

I would be happy to see all three of the kids finish the series, but only if the acting is worth watching. The effects in the last movie to come out were great, but the acting... well, let's just say I was disappointed.... most particularly by Emma and Rupert. I believe they have talent... don't get me wrong... but in the last movie, most of what they offered was just reciting lines. They must be bored... both did a better job "acting" in the earlier films. If they think that they "have it made" as actors, I would beg to differ. Unless they get their heads out of their a***s and start trying again, I hope they have invested what they have already made from these early roles... because what we have seen on film most recently is not something I would even watch again without already loving the story enough to sit through it all.

i have read all of the harry potter books and i love them. i think that daniel, emma and rupert have done such a great job bringing harry ron and hermonie to life. i am so sad that there will not be anymore books and are looking forward to the final two movies. i cant wait to see the books come to life. i have very high expectations for the seventh movie especially, seeing how it is my favortie book. i am really glad that daniel emma and rupert have agreed to play in the final movies, the movies would simply not be the same wihtout them. no matter how good the new actors were, they could not replace the three of them.
