Benefits of Water Therapy

Water is vital to your health. Every part of your body is made up of cells. Protoplasm, the basic material of living cells, is made of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, salts, and similar elements combined with water. Water acts as a solvent, transporting, combining, and chemically breaking down these substances. So, we need to drink water in order to keep our cells hydrated, to keep our body's electrochemical balance to stay alive.

I did not know the importance of drinking eight glass of water a day, I just drink one small bottle and then I drink juice whenever I feel thirsty. About three months ago I started feeling sick, I went to a lot of doctor and they did not see anything wrong with me. For months I suffer from Headaches, Nausea, dizziness, weakness, pain in my joints and depression. I could not understand I am just 30 years old I exercise everyday and I eat healthy. One day I was at work and I was talking to my coworker and I complimented her on how she looked healthy and her hair looks shiny, (she is in her 40's and she looked fresher than me). She told me that she is doing the water therapy, every morning before she eats her breakfast she drinks 1.5 liter of water. So I decided to try this water therapy, and it works, from the very first day I felt better. As soon as I drank the water, I had a bowel movement, no more headaches, I am just better.
