bust. Police had been keeping an eye on the Utah massage parlor after nearby doctors complained about suspicious activities. Police shut down the massage parlor after discovering that the place had been operating without a license. When they went into the parlor, they found James Jeffrey (Jeff) Archuleta receiving sexual gratification from a masseuse.
On January 30, Jeff Archuleta pleaded no contest, paid a $582 fine, and completed counseling. Should he manage to stay out of trouble until the end of the month, the case will be dismissed.
