Who Should the Winner Be?
Well, the
American Idol 2007 season is off and running and we are already down to the top eleven. We have a great group of idols this year, including Blake Lewis, our beat-boxing, dance grooving idol from Washington; our little-miss-big-voice,
Melinda Doolittle, from Tennessee; and our rocker-girl, Gina Glocksen from Illinois, who knows how to party like a "Glock-star". These are my favorite idols so far. I think that Blake has a way of expressing himself in a very modern way, and he also has an amazing voice. He knows how to dance, and he can put on a great show. His incorporation of this beat-boxing, I think, adds a nice flavor to his style of music. Melinda is the little black package full of soul. She knows how to control her voice so that she can make a good song sound great! She seems to be a very humble person by nature and I believe that she has some shyness to her that is actually working out in her favor as America begins to see her come out of her box. That is why I call her "little-miss-big-voice". And Gina. Gina I think has a great personally that really comes across nicely on the screen. She seems like she is a very personable person, and she also has that edge about her. She is a popped-up, female version of last year's Chris Daughtry, I think, but that could be just because I think she is the only contestant that could actually pull off a rock song this season.
This will show readers how to get tickets to see American Idol. It covers how to see a taping of the show, how to see a dress rehearsal, how to go the concert, and what to do if you get in.
American Idol each season sets out to find the next American Idol singing sensation. And the best is weeded out from the worst by the judges Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.
The inspiration this week on American Idol was Queen. Queen proved to be a little tough, vocally, for many of the Idol contestants. Queen's songs have many chord changes, and many of their songs are also hard to perform.
If the past six American idol winners where to compete who would win? I guess the main question you would ask when dealing with past Idol winners is "What have they accomplished lately?"
The audition process for American Idol can be a long and sometimes expensive process. If you succeed, it may be the most important audition of your life! Auditions for season seven start July 30th in San Diego, California.
When Gina Glocksen was voted off of "American Idol" this week, she didn't see it coming. But her home town is welcoming her back with open arms.
