10. You spend over 2 hours chatting.

But with the ubiquity of social networking/micro-blogging sites, chatting has lost some ground. Is anyone still a heavy user of online chatting?

9. You spend over 2 hours on forum sites.

Why would spend over 2 hours on a forum? Oh, I know; you get excited about creating threads, replying to posts and ... well, forum'ing.

8. You check your email more than 3 times a day.
Make no mistake, email is a great communication tool. But if your work/business is not heavily dependent upon email, then you have no business in checking your email more than 3 times per day :(
