You'll need a complete computer set (not just a computer monitor) to watch TV using the internet. Your computer should have a TV tuner card, the appropriate software and a modem. In order to equip your PC, you'll only need to plug the tuner into a USB port and then use the CD-ROM included with the device to copy the software into your PC.

A TV tuner card includes a decoder, coaxial aerial connector and an RF tuner. The transmitted signal is passed from the antenna towards the tuner and on to the computer decoder.
