Red, White and Blue Icecream sandwiches
8 large sugar cookies (or chocolate chip cookies) Archway cookies work well, or you could use home made cookies
Vanilla Icecream
Red, White and Blue sprinkles
Freeze the cookies first for easier handling
Place a couple of scoops of icecream on 4 of the cookies
Top each cookie with another cookie
Roll the edges of the cookie in the sprinkles
Freeze for an hour
Sweet fruit salad
1 package of vanilla pudding mix (instant)
1 large container of cool whip
12 oz can of crushed pineapples (partially drained)
8 oz can of mandarin oranges (drained)
handful of mini marshmallows
handful of shredded coconut
Mix dry pudding mix, cool whip and pineapples by hand
lightly toss in the mandarin oranges, marshmallows and coconut
Refrigerator for 1 hour
