Advice on Picking Your Best Man

So, you are getting married? Congratulations! I'm sure you figure you have a lot of tough decisions ahead of you including picking the location, creating a guest list, hiring the people that will be performing the different services for your wedding, getting the limousine, and of course planning the honeymoon. You may think that choosing a best man is a simple task and you aren't overly concerned about it. As someone who has been through this process, I have to let you know that you are probably wrong. For me it was a relatively easy decision, I chose my younger brother. While my decision ended up being relatively easy, it isn't always that way.
