Heart or Mind

We often fall into the trap of making decisions based upon on the feelings within our heart instead of the mind with logic. Women often make decisions based upon the feelings within their heart sometimes. We as women tend to get so wrapped up in their feelings regarding a special individual in our life or whichever else in our life that we often forget to use our mind instead when making some important decisions. Yes it is something that we all make the mistake of doing from time to time. Individuals aren't perfect all the time. Individual make mistakes, but the important thing is to learn to stop making the same judgment errors over and over again.

The emotional price that women or men pay isn't usually worth it at all. The tears we cry due to our bad judgment at times in regards to love or whichever else isn't worth it. How many times have we been damaged somehow when we made a decision based upon our feelings in our heart instead of our mind? Many times. Why do we keep on doing it? Because we often don't realize what we are doing. We sometimes don't realize when we are thinking with our mind or heart when making a decision. The mind is the best method to use when making an important decision.

Now, I know that some women say that making most important decision based upon on the mind will sometimes result in regret cause of not following the feelings of the heart. It isn't the smartest thing to make decisions based upon the feelings of the heart due to because the heart is based upon emotion and the mind is logic thinking. The heart is emotion and emotions can cause our feelings to change at any given time which can result in poor decisions if we don't use our mind to make decisions with the use of logic.
