The Monte Sano hiking trail is the best in the Huntsville, Alabama area. You have several hiking trails in the Huntsville, Madison County area; the Rainbow Mountain trail, Monte Sano Preserve, Wade Mountain, and Blevins Gap Preserve.

There are days when the clouds engulf Monsanto and it becomes like another world.
