The Antioch Writer's Workshop located in Yellow Springs Ohio will be held July 7 through July 13. This is the 22nd year that the nationally renowned workshop is being offered to writers. The goal is to encourage and guide writers of all levels to pursue, and refine the craft of writing. They will be provided with multiple opportunities for creative growth through networking, experiences gained through workshops and seminars, late night coffee house readings, and exposure to authors offering professional advice.

The Antioch Writer's Workshops is set up for writers to grow and learn by attending lectures, intensive seminars, discussions, and classes. They will also have the opportunity to participate in manuscript critiques as well as having time to write. Tuition to attend is $735.00 for alumni and a reduced rate is offered to local of $675.00. The next of the top writer's workshops for 2007 is the Tin House Summer Writer's Workshop, which will be held in the beautiful and scenic Portland Oregon area. The dates of the workshop are June 24th through July 7th and will be hosted by Reed College. With an awesome lineup of participating authors including Annie Proulx, Aimee Bender, T.C. Boyle, and Colson Whitehead, this is one of the top writer's workshops for 2007 that is certain to fill up.
