If you want to go on a romantic date in Denver, Colorado than this is the guide for you. Denver is the perfect place to romance your significant other. The gorgeous scenery of the mountains and the seductive sunsets will be an aphrodisiac all on their own. You won’t have to do much in order to receive a kiss once you go on a romantic walk around Washington Park’s beautiful lake.

Washington Park is Denver’s largest park in the district and is over 100 years old. This park has two huge and lovely flower gardens and two dazzling lakes. The springtime is the best time to check out these lovely features. One of the lovely flower gardens is a replica of George Washington’s garden at Mount Vernon. New ducklings and colorful flora serve as the perfect place to start a perfect date.

Washington Park is located on Louisiana Ave. and Downing St. in Denver, CO

After a perfect walk around the park you and your date may work up quite an appetite. If you like to eat in a small and romantic settings than Sinbad’s is for you. This Lebanese restaurant is delicious and charming. This intimate restaurant offers gentle whispers of Iranian music playing in the background and Persian carpets and cushioned platforms in the dining room. The servers are very soft spoken and personable and the food is absolutely intriguing. They offer Middle Eastern cuisine of beef, chicken, lamb, and seafood. Appetizers of hummus, falafels, pita bread, kabobs and more serve as great starters. Prices range from $3.00-$13.00.

The physical description of Sinbad's is not accurate. Maybe they meant a different Lebanese in the same strip mall. In any case, Sinbad's in now closed. Which is unfortunate as the had the best Middle Eastern food in Denver and the owner was always friendly. Maybe I should have gone more often. :(

Makes me want to take my hubby on a date to all those places! Maybe I will plan a special Saturday outing for us. :)
