"I don't believe that the US military should be used for what's called nation-building." And with that pronouncement during the 2000 Presidential debate against Al Gore, George W. Bush embarked upon a policy of staring the American people in the face and lying through his teeth about his plans for Iraq.

Enough evidence has been supplied by members of Bush's own staff to firmly establish that he was planning to invade Iraq even before he was elected President by the Supreme Court. Since taking the opportunity of 9/11 to gain support for his plan to finish the job his father refused to finish, Bush's web of lies have grown from the sad such as his statement above to the criminal. American citizens have been spied on since before 9/11 without court approval. If only Bush would get oral sex from an intern in the Oval Office, we'd have enough to impeach him. But, of course, that's unlikely to happen. I seriously doubt that even his own wife would consider doing that to him, much less any other woman who can see or hear.

Of course, if we didn't have a GOP controlled Congress, we wouldn't need sex in the Oval Office to impeach Bush. There has been enough evidence that he has failed to protect, preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States for several years now, but we all know that the GOP leaders on the hill don't possess one iota of interest in putting their (party) leader on trial.

Takeaways
  • ImpeachBush.TV is one web site to find info about his lies.
  • ImpeachBush.Org is another web site to find info about his lies.
  • AfterDowningStreet.Org has an amazing collection of documentation on Bush's offenses.
Did You Know?
The Republicans in Congress were more outraged about Clinton's sex lies than Bush's war lies?

Bush was elected, although the details of the whole Florida scandal remain under scrutiny. It's true, most conspiracys are hard to prove by accepted scientific or criminal-law standards. He won fair and square against Kerry, and even if allegations of fraud, rigged electronic voting machines, and intimidation at the polls were true, they wouldn't have created enough votes to change the overall trend of that election. The level of corruption, arrogance and contempt for the constitution shown by this administration are evidence of purely top-down rule, and authority that is not held legally accountable for anything except BJs from fat girls and trysts with overpriced hookers. War crimes and failure to uphold the constitution aren't something that the electorate can even grasp at this point, for the most part. "we're the government, we can do this" is the only defense that's been needed since the Iran-Contra affair, for "respectable" offenses like illegal wars, trafficking in weapons to t

Lyle Jones, I applaud your assertions. As long as the "lie pedalers" prance about with their pink feathers in their hats we will have foolishness such as this. Timothy, write something digestable. Tell us about the two border guards. Bush is acting like someone has a family member of his held hostage over that. Tell us about how outrageously poorly he is handling illegal immigration. You have to give us something worthy of you. Laying on the pump handle of the lie well is just not working, Mr Sexton. I debunked every "lie" you claim he told in less than twelve words a piece one day. Tell us what he IS doing wrong.

Well, I like your ideology. Unfortunately, now that the spirit expressed in final portion of your article has been thrown in the toilet by Nancy Pelosi saying she won't pursue impeachment, where does that leave the US? The Democrats are a disappointment also.

That Bush was elected is debatable, and shows the idiocy of the American electorate. The question now is, when will enough people wake up, and stop him NOW!!!

Another conspiracy theorist that just cannot accept that President Bush won the elections, that America elected a Republican House and a Republican Senate. There will never be articles of impeachment passed in the house. These calls for impeachment are all from the lunatic fringe of the left.
