With many people celebrating their anniversary all year round, but mostly in the spring and summer months, everyone's always looking for that perfect spot for a romantic dinner. Walt Disney World may be known as a child's playground, but in fact, there's much more to it than that. In my opinion, Walt Disney World can be one of the most romantic places to be - especially in the evening. With all the amazing restaurants to choose from, you have almost any option at all.

There are the resorts, which have some beautiful dining spots that surpass expectations of many. The theme parks also have some amazing restaurants for you as well to have a romantic dinner. Depending on your idea of a romantic dinner, you can essentially choose anything, even if that means order something to go such as a pizza or anything and find a nice quiet place to sit.

There are so many different resorts at Walt Disney World so I'm just going to mention a few of the romantic dinner spots. Keep in mind that you will definitely want to make reservations at these places, as they can be very busy. Also know that the dining experience is a bit longer than just a counter service meal at Walt Disney World.

California Grill at The Contemporary Resort is such an amazing experience. You will eat in the restaurant that's located on the top floor of the resort that also has an observation area outside. You can walk outside and see the Magic Kingdom from a distance. It is an amazing site. If you can, try to make your reservations for the time of Wishes fireworks show at Magic Kingdom and the site will be one to remember.

Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge is an absolutely gorgeous view. If you love nature and the national parks, you will absolutely adore this restaurant. With emphasis on more of the "game" type of meals, you have to opportunity to try many cuisines that you'd normally not have. With a geyser going off in the background every so often, you'll be truly taken back by the atmosphere.

Takeaways
  • Keep in mind that you will definitely want to make reservations at these places, as they can be busy
  • Epcot is the park that has the most romantic dining establishments though, in my opinion.
  • You don't always need fancy to have a romantic dinner.
