I have learned over the years that making your children eat what you want them to does not work. No matter how hard you try to get them to eat healthy, they always end up eating what they want to. I know this all to well with six children. Over the past 20 years, I have learned to make certain foods
for one, and certain foods for the others, and I am here to share my secrets with you on how to keep them happy and healthy.

These favorites of mine are cheap, simple and quick to make.

1. Breakfast burritos - With this meal all you need is flour tortillas, eggs, cheese, and if you want you can add bacon, ham, or any other filling that goes well with eggs. Take a dozen eggs and scramble them up, add cheese and other ingredients that you want. Cook until done, put aside in a bowl to cool down for 15 minutes. Get your flour tortillas and take a few spoonfuls of the egg filling and spread across the tortilla. Roll tortilla up like a burrito and move on to the next one. Once all your egg mixture is finished, place burritos in a ziploc or a plastic container and put away in refrigerator until needed. Heat up one burrito in microwave for 1min on high. Keeps up to five days.

2. Egg salad and tuna burritos - This is one of my kids favorite foods to munch on during the day or even at night when the want a little something to eat. All your going to need is flour tortillas, a dozen boiled and peeled eggs, four cans of drained tuna fish, very thin sliced lettuce and mayonnaise. Once eggs are boiled and peeled, salt and pepper to taste in bowl, cut up eggs into small bite size pieces, add mayonnaise and mix, put in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill. Get another bowl and put drained tuna fish in it, add thin sliced lettuce, salt and pepper to taste, and mayonnaise. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes. Get flour tortillas and add a few spoons of either mixture or you can mix them together and spread on tortilla. Wrap as you would a burrito and set aside on plate until all the mixtures from both bowls are finished. Place in plastic container with paper towel on the bottom. Keeps up to five days in sealed container.

Personally, when I was little I would've been so picky that..I would not have eaten ANYTHING on that list.
