What is one to do with all the spare time that was once used for dinner and a movie dates, and all the other time your ex used to take? When you finally come to the part of your breakup when you are angry and know this was how it was supposed to be you need to find activities to fill your time. Star
ting new hobbies is a great way to find you. You just keep reminding yourself that this breakup was the best thing for you. And do you want to know why? Because it is giving you the chance to find what works for you, your wants and what makes you smile.

Get Fit to Be Fit

The best therapy is gym therapy. What better way to work out your anger than to get on that treadmill and run, run, run. You will find yourself just going the extra distance because you now have the time. You have the time to work an extra set at the weights. You have the time for you. Bottom line. Breakups are hard. They break your heart and crush you to pieces, but going to the gym and working your body through the anger is a wonderful therapeutic experience. Make sure to fill your iPod with just the right tunes - maybe even a motivational/anger mix. Something uplifting and no matter what - NO LOVE SONGS! And if you can find the room at the gym with the private punching bag - go for it and go the distance. If you break down and cry just keep hitting and remember that you are all that you need.
