The View could rightly be called The Rosie O'Donnell show now. I don't tune in regularly, but the few times I have watched lately, the initial dialog has been a monologue of Rosie O'Donnell ranting and raving about her personal views and political issues. Today, she crossed the line. The insinuations she has made about the American government, the war, and the current Iranian hostage situation are tantamount to treason.

One wonders where she gets her information, how kind her mind work to think of some of the things she says. Life and death, the subjects of war, are not just something you step on stage and start rattling off the first thing that comes to mind. Rosie has no clout as a political analyst, and she is quickly losing the respect of many viewers and other Americans by continually spewing her own mixed up propaganda from her seat on The View.

She has now accused the Iranian hostage situation of being a hoax. Rosie has said that the entire incident was created by the United States government to push us further toward war with Iran. This, despite the forced letters that the female British officer has written and had read on national television today. Were our government involved in such activities, we would have no more morality, nor integrity than the Muslim extremists who strap bombs to themselves and casually stroll into crowds, killing and injuring hundreds of people. Her comments are beyond incendiary. I am beginning to wonder if she has lost her mind.

Further, she has said that the collapse of the twin towers in New York could not have happened in the manner it did without the use of explosives. Her insinuation is that the United States government was also involved in the greatest tragedy our country has faced in the last fifty years. The facts of 9/11 are very clear. Muslim extremist hijackers took over planes and flew them into the twin towers, attempted to obliterate the pentagon, and even had their sites set on the United States capital. To even attempt to indict the United States government in such a heartbreaking, cold-hearted act of mass murder is sickening.

Takeaways
  • Rosie O'Donnell steamrolls The View.
  • Rosie accuses U.S. of staging capture of British soldiers by Iran.
  • What is she thinking?
Did You Know?
Perhaps Rosie should prepare and send her resume to Al Jazeerah. A sympathetic, loud mouth American might play better with their viewers than American viewers.

The only mistake Rosie made was underestimating the level of denial pervasive in the media and by extension in the American public. Rosie assumed that someone might actually be interested in the facts. It's difficult to comprehend the fundamental truth about this mass hallucination which has large numbers of Americans in its grip:the truth is, people are being lied to because that's what they want. In fact, anything but the comfortable lies spoonfed them daily from the mainstream media and their ineffectual, complicitous government would be so unacceptable as to cause the people to rise up and kill any messenger who failed to deliver the predigested pap which passes for information in the minds of the masses. The bovine Elizabeth sparked to indignation by the graceless assault on her cherished world view did what you would expect her to: she pledged allegiance to the flag and the rebublic for which it stands and she went home and told her mommy that the kids at work were making fun of he

It's sad really that it took this long for someone of some "media influence" to speak up against the sick ones at the top of this gamble. Whoever thinks that american govt is for the people has a rude awakening coming. I'm kicking back taking notes of the sickness that bleeds down from the top to infect the serfs aka taxpayers, with a little reverse engineering the info relating these sinister influences aka us govt, and there modes of influence aka the joneses might be useful and for sale to the highest bidder.

I'm not a Rosie fan either, but I have done extensive research on this subject and she is dead on with what she said. Listen up! Order the movie "Loose Change" or America-Freedom to Fascism and you will get your answers. That's what is wrong with our country, our government knows that we are too gullable to think that they could do such a thing! THE GREATEST TRICK THE DEVIL PLAYED IS TO CONVINCE THE WORLD THAT HE DOESN'T EXIST! Wake Up America!

What happened to all of those people on the planes? How did they co-ordinate all of those calls home explaining what was happening?

You know it's not like she made up these things herself. All of her statements are backed up by official documents and if you'd do some REAL journalism and go READ some of them instead of just bashing her character and glorifying the corporate controlled media's word as gospel you'd find truth in each of her statements. I don't care for Rosie, in fact I find her personally offensive, but I think she is brave to put her career on the line to help get truth out. Truth is truth, no matter who reveals it. Wake up people.
