One of the newest crazes on the market when it comes to a boost is energy drinks. Like the traditional caffeine pills, energy drinks are affective in keeping one awake and alert. However, energy drinks have the ability to give you an immediate boost and you will feel invigorated, and able to take on whatever tasks lie ahead. This energy drinks are a quick fix that many need to assist them in being able to be alert and energized enough to finish their day.

It should be noted that energy drinks are not sports drinks. Sports drinks are designed to help to replace electrolytes and sodium in the body which were lost though activity. When it comes to energy drinks, they contain caffeine, certain herbs such as ginseng, and sugar. Sports drinks are designed to give people what they need to stay awake longer. Energy drinks contain so much caffeine that one should take care as to how much they ingest. Some people may suffer unpleasant side affects from drinking energy drinks. When people drink energy drinks that are drinking a large amount of caffeine which is known to be mood changing, and increase heart rates. Energy drinks have also been known to cause nausea, and disturbances in electrolytes. While most do not experience these side effects if they are not ingesting improper amounts, you should still take care when it comes to drinking these drinks. Never mix alcohol and energy drinks as this can be very unsafe. For this reason, one your not drink these drinks continuously rather on occasion when they truly need them.

At least by this time it appears that Full Throttle Unleaded has come out which is sugar free and only has 5 calories and 0 carbs. A bit of a healthier choice for those who want the boost but don't want to risk anything. Jackson
