In December of 2006, Darrell Roberson arrived at his home on Ivy Glen Drive in Arlington, Texas, to find his wife---wearing only underwear and a robe--- in a pickup truck with a strange man. Responding to his wife's declaration that the man was attempting to rape her, Roberson shot the man in the pickup, killing him. But it is his wife who is facing prosecution...
THE TWISTED TALE
The 32 year-old man who was killed is named Devin LaSalle. But he was not attempting to rape Roberson's wife, who has been indentified as Tracy Denise Roberson. In fact, he has been identified as a man with whom Tracy was having an affair. Darrell Roberson fired his gun four times, with one bullet striking LaSalle in the head. Roberson shot at the man as he was trying to leave the property in his Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. LaSalle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The twisted story began to unfold as certain pieces of evidence emerged in the case. According to police, LaSalle---who is a UPS employee from New Orleans---had received only hours prior, a text message from Tracy Roberson. The message read:
"Hi friend, come see me please! I need to feel your warm embrace! If ur unable to I completely understand!!! Call me."
Though it has been confirmed that the two (LaSalle and Tracy Roberson) were romantically involved, police are unsure as to how long the affair was going on.
Darrell Roberson, who works for a real estate company, was arrested upon turning himself in on December 16th. However, he was shortly released on $100,000 bond.
THE FATE OF TRACY...
On Wednesday (March 28th) a jury decided not to indict 28 year-old Darrell Roberson on charges of murder. However, the following day the Tarrant County grand jury presented an indictment of Tracy Roberson. As a result, the 35 year-old woman is being charged with manslaughter, and with making a false report to police (by stating that she was raped.) The manslaughter charge is due to the fact that she recklessly caused Devin LaSalle's death by claiming she was raped.

As a member of law enforcement myself, I have seen the false rape cry escalate to epidemic proportions. It is now a powerful weapon used by women with no moral fiber. Sadly enough; what well thinking man would disbelieve the woman he holds dear to him. The conviction was proper and should serve as case law and president for all other such events. The tragedy though is that true rape victims are now looked at as liars and treated even more inhumanely because of their unscrupulous sisters.

See, it's women like this that rappers refer to when they call women "hoes". A friend I grew up with got killed over a "hoe" like this. They call men dogs but are worst then men and more dangerous because their game is mad sloppy. So when they get caught up, one of the classic tactics is to try and pit the men against one another to deflect the blame and one of them gets hurt 9 out of 10 times. She better be worried about rape now, cause I'm sure theres a bull dagger with a broom stick waiting for this "hoe" in gen pop.
Wow. I currently work in law enforcement and am trying to get the word out to women about a program to help them know "crazy" when they see it. I know men will benefit from it as well (http://psafw.com/). This type of madness needs to end.
Wow, hate to say it, but she deserves this. That was thoughtless and selfish, and just exactly the kind of act that could result in someone more or less innocent being killed.
