My husband bought me this TV for my birthday in November. The price seemed right for the 32" Wide screen television. The picture was absolutely fabulous and I feel in love with this t.v. For an off brand t.v. this
seemed to the best TV we have ever purchased. Boy were we wrong!!
The ILO television is the worst television on the market today in my opinion. The t.v. worked great for about 2 months and then one day all the buttons on the back of the t.v. wouldn't work. I thought to myself that is really weird so I grabbed the remote and tried to change the channel that way and guess what the remote didn't work either. The only buttons that worked on the remote was the power button and the same for the ILO television. You can imagine how mad I was. My husband try to be really sweet buying me a great gift that turned out to be the biggest disappointment.
I grabbed the booklet that came with the t.v. and started looking for troubleshooting pointers. The only ones they give you are about fixing the picture quality, changing the batteries on the remote and so on. At this point I was very frustrated. My next thing I thought about was to try and go on the Internet and find the website to see if there were any troubleshooting pointers on it. Well guess what? I couldn't even find the website on the Internet. I thought you have got to be kidding me, this great big world of web and there is not one website for this crappy t.v. The only website that I found was a bunch of reviews about how bad this t.v. was and how many other people had problems with it.
The manufactures booklet doesn't give you a phone number for techinical support, no website for help options. I knew at this point the only thing I could do was call Wal-Mart and talk to a manager about returning the t.v. Of course after having the TV for almost 3 months my husband had lost the receipt. I just knew I was going to be stuck with this TV and out the $800 dollars my husband had spent.

- The ILO only will last you a few months.
