Sometimes you feel like there is not enough hours in the day to get everything done. I know, personally, it is so difficult to get anything done around the house. I am a mother of two, and my husband seems to always be at work. My two year old daughter and my 2 weeks old daughter tend to keep me pre 
tty occupied. It is so hard to keep the house tidy and do even the simplest tasks. It seems like my kids mess the house up faster than I can clean. It is very frustrating. But if you plan your day ahead of time, you can make the most of your day.
The first thing you need to do to make more out of your day is to make a list of things that you need to do. Be sure to include everything, even the simplest of tasks. Make a list of chores to do, and then see if it is possible for someone else in the household to help you with any of it. Even if it is putting the dishes that have been on the counter for three days, it is one less thing you have to do. Do not be afraid to ask for help. Your family should be willing to help, even if it is for an allowance for the children. If worse comes to worse, limit TV or video games just to get some of the tasks accomplished.
You need to stay motivated and dedicated to accomplishing your list. Set certain timelines and deadlines you need to meet to keep you going. Staying on task will help you get the things done you need to do so you can get caught up. Once you are caught up on the back-logged tasks, you will be able to keep up on the daily chores and yes, you might actually have time for yourself.
Even though your day may be clutter with tasks and chores, make sure you make time for yourself. Even if its enough time to take a hot bath, make sure you have some quiet private time. You need that time to relax and clear your mind, and think about your tasks for tomorrow. Sometimes you just need to get off your butt to get some things done around the house. That may be the hardest task to do but it will pay off with more free time for yourself and that is the greatest reward of them all.
