The law of attraction states that we attract from the universe what we focus upon. The essence of what we think about, talk about, and picture the most is what is drawn to us. Our dreams also show, in symbols or literal images, what we are concentrating on. Here are ideas for using dream analysis to consciously create the "reality" of what you want."I wonder if I could find a nice bow and arrow set at a garage sale?" my husband asked, as we were driving around last summer. "A sturdy, high quality one - at a good price. No more than $75 would be great."
"Look, there's a sign for a sale going on right now," I said. We stopped and he went to look. In a few minutes he was back. "Guess what I found! An excellent bow and arrow set. And get this - it was priced at $75."
We are always excited, and a little awed by instances like these that clearly appear to show the law of attraction at work in our lives. Sometimes though, it seems easier to believe we are the creative force behind the little things, but not the big events. We have found dream interpretation to be very helpful in understanding and working with this process for all sizes of goals. Here are ideas for using dream analysis and the law of attraction to get what you want.
Metaphysical authors, such as Esther and Jerry Hicks, teach that our feelings are the key for knowing what we are focusing on. Good feelings show that we are concentrating on what we want, while bad feelings indicate we are actually thinking about the lack of it -and drawing that condition to us!
In my husband's case, the morning of the garage sale discovery was not the first time he had thought of the bow and arrow set. Though not a hunter, he loves the outdoors, and had been thinking a lot the last few weeks about learning the sport of target shooting. In addition, he had been looking at magazines, talking to other sportsmen, and even dreaming about bows and arrows. In all these instances, he felt good when focusing on this idea and then "coincidences" started coming together to make it all happen.
