Auto Advertising: How to Get Paid to Drive Your Own Car
In the mid 1990's, advertising on billboards was near capacity, and advertisers were looking for new ways to spread the message about their products. A few companies decided to try advertising on vehicles, of course it would be too costly for them to buy a bunch of cars and have people
drive them around, so they figured they could pay people to have advertisements on their cars. When the billboard market softened in the late 1990's, advertising on vehicles became much less frequent.
The idea of getting paid to drive by putting advertisements on one's vehicle became popular again in the last few years. A lot of people would have to be paid a couple hundred dollars a month to put an advertisement on their car, however a lot of the offers available online are scams. A new company with a much more viable business plan has come about, and the idea of getting paid to drive has once again become a reality.
The company's name is FreeGasHelp.com. They've instituted a get paid to drive program that has a sustainable business plan. They aren't offering unrealistic amounts of money each month since those amounts of money just can't be had in the advertising industry, however the company does offer people who will place advertisements on their car gas cards. They'll help pay for your gas if you put an advertisement on your car.
You can make anywhere from $5.00 a month for a simple bumper sticker, or get paid $80.00 a month for a window box sign, ad there are a number of different options in between. There are some vehicles that advertisers crave, so they offer a 5% for some types of vehicles, bright yellow vehicles, people who are in the military, pizza delivery drivers, newer vehicles, and a few other qualifiers.
The downside is that the customer has to drive at least 1,000 miles a month, and not a lot of people do that. Right now the program is available in California, Washington, Idaho, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, Florida, South Carolina, New York, and Rhode Island. The program is going to come soon in South Dakota and Colorado.
