According to TMZ.com, Jenna Jameson recently had her hardest working body part "revamped". Jameson underwent a vaginoplasty which was allegedly botched. She has since been holed up. One rep neither confirms nor denies it.

If this rumor is true, it comes as little surprise. In fact, I can't think of a better candidate for vagina reconstructive surgery than a porn star, especially one going through a divorce. It is not uncommon for people to go to great lengths to improve their life following something as devastating as a divorce. Where others might lose weight or go back to school, for the porn star, a vaginoplasty is the first step, naturally.

Jenna Jameson is easily the most famous porn star in the world. Jameson was born Jenna Marie Massoli on April 9, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her father, Lawrence Massoli, was a program director for an NBC affiliate and a police officer. Her mother, Judith Brooke Hunt Massoli, was a Las Vegas showgirl who died of skin cancer before Jenna's second birthday. After moving several times as a young girl, at 16, she moved in with her boyfriend. After trying unsuccessfully to become a showgirl, she eventually took up stripping. Before she had graduated high school, Jameson was making $2000 a night. Eventually, she went on to make porn.

Jameson's story is not unlike many other young women who enter the porn business. She was raped twice as a youth. In high school, Jameson began taking an assortment of drugs. She got breast implants, twice. She had a slew of sexual relationships with both men and women. However, she went on to become a household name, something most porn stars only dream of. Unlike many of her peers, Jameson had an audience, clothed or not.

Jameson has said that "she started acting in pornographic films in revenge for her boyfriend, Jack, cheating on her." From there, she quickly decided that she would never do anal sex or double penetration scenes on film. Nor would Jameson do interracial sex scenes with men. Instead, oral sex was her forte. It clearly proved to be a good one.
