Everyone knows who Denise Austin is, right? Well this well-known fitness guru claims she can help stimulate weight loss through yoga-- a less-sweat alternative to your morning running routine. But is it really true? Denise's top new work-out video Fat-blasting Yoga claims you can have a yoga body in just 21 days.

The video includes three work-outs:
1. Thirty-minutes or traditional yoga poses performed in a flowing style to increase the heart rate, boost metabolism and burn calories and fat.
2. A fifteen-minute work-out targeting the arms, shoulders, legs and buns. This hatha-based yoga series focuses on alignment and holding poses.
3. A fifteen-minute workout focusing on core strength and conditioning.

The cover claims that you can have a yoga body in just 21 days. It tells no lies. I lost a jeans size in about three weeks of doing this. I don't feel that it was as much losing fat as it was toning muscles. Studies have actually shown that building muscles increases your metabolism and in turn helps you to lose fat. I was down from a size 12 to a size eight in two or three months.

Workouts one and two can be done as soon as you open the DVD, but workout three requires an exercise ball. Staying on the ball is a workout in itself because it forces you to tighten your abdominal muscles to keep your balance.

Consistency is the key, but if you do this work-out 3-5 times per week you will see amazing results.
