I clearly remember it was one of the hottest days in St.Louis Missouri. I was at a red light on Natural Bridge. It seemed like I had been sitting there in the scorching heat for hours. My air didn't work, and the radio had a shortage. It cut on and off by itself. I had always had dreams of owning a sports car someday. All of a sudden a bright yellow Mustang with a black zebra stripe came cruising by. It was going fast enough for you to hear the engine, but slow enough to show off the model, make and detailing that was eye catching. The Canary yellow caught your eye first, then the black zebra stripe. The windows were tinted past the legal tint degree in the state of Missouri. The trunk had a spoiler and there were 2 chrome plated tail pipes representing this mustang was a GT (top of the line). The tires had rims that spun around. I was truly impressed by this vehicle. While still sitting at the light people behind me began to blow their horn several times and hold down the horn so it would keep blowing. I guess I had sat there too long. The light had turned green.

On my way home, I kept thinking about that canary yellow mustang I saw. Could that be it? Could that be my "dream" car? I researched this mustang and was quite surprised. It was affordable only if you got the V6, a cloth interior and basic panelling. So naturally I couldn't help but to go check out this mustang in person. After all up close and personal is always better.
