I had the worst headache of my life! I had felt the migraine coming on, and I knew that I had to get relief soon before the migraine was in full effect. Like most migraine sufferers, you know all too well about the pain, the blurred vision, seeing "spots", and how migraines make it almost impossible to function throughout the day, and how they can happen at any time. I had tried other headache and pain reliever brands throughout the years such as Tylenol, Motrin, and even IB Proven, but nothing ever helped with my headaches. I stopped at the local drug store and out of desperation, I asked the Pharmacist behind the counter what is the best medicine for headaches? The Pharmacist quickly brought me to the isle where all of the pain relievers were. He asked me what type of headache I had. Was it a tension headache, migraine headache...? I quickly told him that I suffered from migraine headaches, and he handed me a bottle of Excedrin Migraine. I had never tried Excedrin before, and he told me that this medicine would help, and that it works fast. Never-the-less, I bought the medicine, which was under $4.00 by the way.

I followed the directions, and took 2 tablets with a bottle of water, and waited.. I was desperate! I could hardly see let alone drive, so I sat in the parking lot of the drug store, just waiting for some relief so that I could drive again. Within 15 minutes, my headache was gone! I couldn't believe it! This medicine was like GOLD! It was around noon when I took the Excedrin, and I thought for sure that the effects would wear off by evening, but it didn't. In fact, the next morning when I woke up, the headache was still gone! The medicine did exactly what it said it would do. It had lasted for 24 hours, and it worked fast! I didn't feel groggy or tired, and I actually felt really good-like myself again.

Each gel tap capsule contains 250 mg of Acetaminophen (Tylenol), 250 mg of Aspirin, and 65 mg of Caffeine. I thought that it was interesting in the product information to know that Caffeine is actually a pain reliever aid. The amount of Caffeine that is in the capsule was equivalent to a cup of coffee.
