Product Review - Panasonic TH-42PX60U-Plasma TV

After searching the market for a new plasma TV, Pioneer, Hitachi etc., with a budget of $2,000, I finally found the one that has the most to offer. The Panasonic TH-42-PX60U Plasma Tv is probably the best Tv on the market within this price range today. The picture quality is fantastic and I am delighted at the price after searching the entire market. My old TV bit the dust and it is something I just cant be without as I watch a great deal of political programs, news and sports.

On arrival at my home my new Panasonic 42 inch screen looked well among my furnishings so I could not wait to try out the HDTV programing on my wonderful flat monitor. On turning on my new purchase the picture quality immediately struck me, it's clarity, it's excellence, where had I been for the past few years? Watching my old TV was a chore compared to this. This was a completely new and unparalled exciting experience.

The initial set up of my Panasonic 42inch Plasma TV was a breeze and I must congratulate Panasonic for writing instructions in plain english. Once the TV was up and running I then wanted to investigate what other gadets I could plug into the TV which Panasonic boast 2 HDMI inputs, three composite, a SD Slot Card and an RF input as well as 3 S-video imputs. I was in heaven. I could use my TV set for my photos and see them in glorious clarity.

Overall, after my search and purchase of the Panasonic 42 inch Plasma TV, I must say that I was truly amazed and astounded by the vibrancy and color on the screen. As for a warranty, I was offered a one year warranty for parts and labor and would have to pay extra for a three year warranty. I thought for a moment and decided that if the Panasonic 42 inch Plasma TV was all it was made out to be It would last me more than three years. I opted for the one year warranty for parts and labor.

Overall, the quality of the picture, the sound with excellent speaker specifications and the imputs, I am highly delighted. With prices for all technology falling by the day I am pleased with my choice and purchase. My new Panasonic 42 inch Plasma TV now takes pride of place in my home. It is more of an experience to watch TV and for the money, it is my top choice.
