I work outside in the Florida sun and heat. Smart Water gives me not only refreshing water, but vitamins and electrolytes that other waters do not have. The best part is that you can't taste the extras in this water. It just tastes like cool, refreshing water.
You can find Smart Water in most stores such as Target and Publix or even order it online. The average price is about $1.29 for a 20 oz bottle. I like that I can get large bottles since I go through them rather fast. Back a few years ago I had a kidney stone due to not drinking enough water, now I make sure that I drink as much H20 as I can and as often as I can. And another thing to consider is that when your electrolytes aren't right, it can affect your heart and cause other health issues. Think of Smart Water being similar to Gator-Aid but without the sugar and fruit taste. With Smart Water, you get water with an extra kick.
