The thing I can't do without is Smart Water by Glaceau. Their ad states that "Before Gatorade there was Kool-aid; the next generation of sports drink is Smart Water, and sister product Vitamin Water. Made by a US bottler called Glaceau,"Smart Water begins as an artesian spring in Northern Connecticut. After the water is distilled, a balance of Magnesium, Potassium, and Calcium is introduced, adding electrolytes. The attractive bullet shaped plastic container with the traditional sport cap reinforces the product's image. Smart Water is a product for anyone who wants to look and drink their best during tennis, golf, workouts at the gym, or in the school lunchroom. Smart Water is just that: smart!" (www.glaceau.com/) have to agree!

I work outside in the Florida sun and heat. Smart Water gives me not only refreshing water, but vitamins and electrolytes that other waters do not have. The best part is that you can't taste the extras in this water. It just tastes like cool, refreshing water.

You can find Smart Water in most stores such as Target and Publix or even order it online. The average price is about $1.29 for a 20 oz bottle. I like that I can get large bottles since I go through them rather fast. Back a few years ago I had a kidney stone due to not drinking enough water, now I make sure that I drink as much H20 as I can and as often as I can. And another thing to consider is that when your electrolytes aren't right, it can affect your heart and cause other health issues. Think of Smart Water being similar to Gator-Aid but without the sugar and fruit taste. With Smart Water, you get water with an extra kick.

To Jennifer, Either you work for the EPA, or you are uninformed. Tap water in the US is dangerous to the average man or woman. it is not safe because it contains toxins like Fluoride, Arsenic and other vile products which are not reduced enough for public safety. I was a victim of this scam/ chemical poisoning of America. Smart water is smart because distilled water is the purest form from water vapor. Anyone with half a brain could buy a distillation unit then distill the water and sell it. It is obvious that people in the US are catching on that distilled water is the purest. Since it lacks any chemicals like Lead, arsenic and fluoride.

I tried smart water for the first time today before going to the gym. I must admit this water has absolutely no after taste. I worked my shoulders, legs and did two types of cardio and I was in the gym for 3 hrs. I felt great the whole time while I worked out. I drank a 33.8 oz bottle of smart water during my exercises and I am not saying I had all this energy because of this water, however my previous workout doing the same routine I didn't have this much energy.

I have been drinking Smartwater for months and have had improved health issues with my digestive tract. The best water I have ever had. Having trouble finding it now. I wonder why that is? Wish I would have bought some stock in that companyy.

Privatized water is the single worst threat to public health and the enviroment. No person in the United States needs to buy water as clean water is available from the tap in most communities. There are also numerous water filter systems to purify your own tap water if you feel the need. Plastic bottles are known to be carcinogens so if you are really smart, you will buy one aluminum or stainless bottle, available at most sports stores and keep refilling it each day for your sports and traveling needs. Jennifer Aniston is all wet and should be hosed down!!!!!

i work in a very hot enviroment and i drink a ton of water. i was starting to suffer from water intoxication and my doctor recomended that i drink smartwater because i can't stomach gatorade. i have had no problems since. i think that it's a great product and because it has electrolights it is better than tap water, even if thats what it started out as.

"What a stupid thing to say" is a stupid thing to say to someone without reason. Thanks for the enlightenment Mary. And as for the municipal water, yeah, no one claimed otherwise nor does it matter. I'm sure gatorade is municipal water as well. Moot point. Niether of you have added anything useful to this reivew. Me, I'm just pointing out the obvious. Thanks for your review Richard!
