Whether it's blue sapphire, mystic black, cherry blossom pink, or polar white, the Sanyo Katana is remarkable in every aspect. Worry no longer about a bothersome, evident antenna; this phone includes a built-in antenna and still has superior power. Although all cell phones require charging at some point, the Katana can go, at the most, two days without charging (depends on usage, of course). It has excellent battery power and long-lasting life, which is useful to many a cell phone user.
The 2.2-inch LCD main display screen is large, clear, and colorful. With the Katana, you can use the built-in camera to make your own background pictures, or you can use the ones provided. The camera, which has its own digital zoom, takes high quality pictures that self-store into the phone. A picture mode is included, allowing the user to choose a mode based on surroundings, such as "night/dark" and 'beach/snow." Enjoyable, handy tools such as color tone and fun frames maximize the camera experience.
With the Katana's beneficial caller-ID capacity, every user will always know who is calling. Users have the option of assigning a picture and ringer to every person in the phone book, personalizing each entry.
At the time of the Katana's release, the Motorola RAZR was not available for Sprint users; the Katana proves to be very similar to the RAZR, but is definitely a more reliable product. The phone does not freeze, and errors and malfunctions are virtually nonexistent.
Java, web browsing, and games on the Katana are all reliable, fast, and easy features with high performance.
