In an effort to replace my pharmaceutical anti-depressant, I searched for a natural method to boost Serotonin so I wouldn't need the other any longer. My research brought me to Irwin Naturals: System-Six. System-Six contains natural substances that enhance fat metabolism, boosts Serotonin, provides energy and stronger metabolism, controls the appetite, enhances the body's metabolism and helps build lean muscles. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but I bought a bottle and decided to give it a try. I was amazed with the results to say the least.

During the first two weeks of using Irwin Naturals: System-Six, I came off my regular anti-depressant and replaced it with this product. I was pleasantly surprised as I lost the side effects of my regular anti-depressant, Celexa, and still maintained an even mood. I began to feel more energetic and found that I could actually get up from my chair and get things done. Before, the Celexa left me in a mood that encouraged sitting in one place and not upsetting the status quo. It felt fantastic to feel capable once more.

After four weeks of taking Irwin Naturals: System-Six, I found I had less appetite, more energy and had started to lose weight. I was thrilled, as I had gained over 100 pounds since starting the Celexa two years ago. For the first time in two years, I had the energy to get up, get moving and lose the weight that was the root cause of adult onset diabetes and high blood pressure.

Hey, with all the news on anti-depressants lately... I'm starting to think it isn't safe to take the things at all. I might have to talk to your friend "Tom". hehe

Did you give Scientology a try? My firend Tom swears by it. Just kidding, great article.

I'd love to hear everyone's experience so far, if you have gotten a chance to try these. I also want to warn that if you are currently on medication, you should consult with your doctor before doing anything drastic. We all know how terrible withdrawals can be with some anti-depressants. It was rough at first, but it was so worth it for me.

I'll have to check this one out too. I usually just take plain St. John's Wart.
