This article goes out to all of my fellow Worry Warts out there. You are the people for whom everything works out perfectly---yet you never seem completely satisfied because something else to worry about pops up. You are the ones who will find a reason to worry, simply to have something to do. Some of you however, are simply plagued with the ongoing condition of persistent, undesirable stress. And I'm here to tell you how to eliminate that "nagging feeling" you get when things in life are going awry.

Basically, we must remember that worry does no one any good. Worry is basically the equivalent of spinning your wheels in mud, while making no progress whatsoever. At the end of it all, you find yourself still stuck in the mud---only you're much more tired than when you started. There are three really simple solutions to eliminating the "nagging feeling" that occurs when more than one stressful circumstance is added to your plate. Before we get started, I should mention that the first thing you'll want to do is write down each and every thing that's bothering you. It doesn't matter how small the issue. If it's eating away at your psyche, it's causing you stress and needs to be addressed. So let's begin...

1- Play the game called "Worst Case Scenario"

After writing down all your concerns, you may be surprised at just how few (or how many) things are really bothering you deep down. If you're completely honest with yourself, you'll see that this exercise really works. But you must write down EVERYTHING that you can think of that's making your brain itch with those "nagging feelings."

Once you've listed everything, write down the worst possible end result of whatever it is you're worrying about. No matter how bad it is, write it down. Any and all consequences should be considered. If you do not, then you're defeating the purpose.

Pretty decent ideas here. While I don't believe one can completely eliminate stress altogether, you certainly can eliminate most of it and choose how to deal with that you can't completely eliminate. Good article idea!
