Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush lip gloss is a line of shimmery lip glosses available in twenty-four tantalizing shades including: Appletini, Toasty Almond, Strawberry Fizz, Mango Madness, Coconut Craze, Juiced Berry, Grapefruit Blast, Melonrageous, Cherry Bomb, Passionfruit Pop, Sugar High, Lotta Colada, Piece of Cake, Spice Girl, Pinked Lemonade, Carriberry, I Want Candy, Grapesicle, Honey Do, Cupquake, Mochaboom, My Cherry Amour, Punchy, and Smoothie Moves.

I chose to take advantage of one of Victoria's Secret's great "3 For" sales and purchased three tubes of Beauty Rush lip gloss. I chose Sugar High, I Want Candy, and Melonrageous.

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush lip gloss comes in a clear plastic .46 fl. oz. tube with a silver twist-off cap and a slanted applicator. The tube includes the Beauty Rush name and the Victoria's Secret name. The gloss' name is printed on a sticker located on the back of the tube. The ingredients are also listed on the back of the tube. Although Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works are owned by the same company, the Beauty Rush lip gloss line does not claim to be not tested on animals. That is a big strike against this gloss in my book.

The scent of the Beauty Rush lip gloss is strong and overpowering at times. Melonrageous is the least sickening of the three glosses I chose. This hot pink sheer gloss smells like a mix of watermelon and honeydew melon and has no shimmer; it is glossy and sticky. I Want Candy reminds me of that great late 1980s doll Cherry Merry Muffin; it has a pleasant frosting scent that isn't too overwhelming. This gloss is light pink and goes on sheer and glossy. Sugar High has a nauseatingly sweet scent that is borderline unbearable. The gloss is very shiny and shimmery and looks fantastic, but the smell is enough to make you want to vomit.

Takeaways
  • Beauty Rush lip gloss is sticky and gloppy.
  • This gloss is available in 24 shades.
  • Beauty Rush lip gloss normally retails for $7.00 per tube.
Did You Know?
I prefer Bath & Body Works' Liplicious lip gloss to Victoria's Secret's Beauty Rush lip gloss.

i love these glosses also. i purchased 5. the flavors i bought are cupquake, slice of heaven, punchy, creme femme, and lotta colada. i love punchy the most, because it is the most pigmented, and smells sooo fruity!! i cant decide if i love this line of glosses or the bath and body works liplicious line!
