I'm a fan of online games for many years. I played A3 two years ago. I went to MMORPG.com to look for online games">free online games and I saw A3 on the list. Here are some of my reviews of the game.
Game Download
Game download was pretty slow. I'm running on a DSL line and usually I can get files online with an average download speed of 100 kbps. The file was only 300MB and it took me 5 hours just to download it. I only got a download speed ranging from 5 to 20 kbps. Furthermore, updating the game through their update launcher took another 4 hours. I can say that their update server is pretty slow. They should definitely improve the bandwidth of the servers to enhance the gaming experience.
Game Play
Well it was interesting looking at the skills and weapon choices on their website. I bet that their game engine is quite good. On the other hand, the graphics did not meet up to my expectations. Even ROSE Online which spots a kidlike anime style looks much better compared to A3. Anyway you don't need a super computer to run this game. You'll just need a minimum Pentium III or Celeron 600MHz processor and a GeForce2 graphics card. I should give the game designers a compliment for designing the game engine that does not squeezes your computer's processing power.
However, I noticed that the game has quite a bad lag. For example, whenever I click on the mouse cursor, the character would only react after two to three seconds. On weekends, the lag is far worse compared to weekdays. My character kept dying whenever I tried leveling it up near the city.

Did You Know?
A3 does not squeeze your computer's processing power. Older systems can still be used to play A3.
