Just about all diet soda have zero carbs, zero sugar, and most importantly zero calaories. All diet sodas are not alike some have such a bitter taste from the substitute sweeteners they use.

I have tried many diet soft drinks. No diet soft drink tastes as good as Diet Pepsi in my opinion. It is so refreshing.

I am Type II diabetic so when I drink a soft drink it cannot have any sugar. When I first was diagnosed as a diabetic I tried many diet drinks many of which tasted bitter.

When I was drinking regular sodas I rarely drank regular Pepsi. I found it tasted way too sweet. I preferred an orange soda or Mountain Dew. Some diet orange sodas don't taste too bad but I always prefer Diet Pepsi over any other soft drink.

Whats frustrating at times to go out to eat and some restaurants I like have Diet Coke instead of Diet Pepsi. Thats when I end up drinking water. I am not a coffee drinker and I don't drink alcohol.

You can get Diet Pepsi without the caffeine. It really doesn't affect the taste at all. I can't tell the difference and keeping caffeine out my system is good thing.

All soft drinks put in preservative which helps preserve freshness and flavor. With normal use this is not harmful. Any excessive use of anything even if its a good thing can be harmful. Under regular daily consumption you don't have to worry about damaging your body.

Pepsi manufacturer also uses a caramel color for coloring. Otherwise Pepsi would be clear liquid. The caramel is not harmful and adds no calories to soda. If you have a concern about any of the ingredients used in Diet Pepsi you can visit DietPepsi.com for nutritional information.

Diet Pepsi also is very low in sodium so you don't have to worry about sodium intake. A single serving of Diet Pepsi is 8fl onces and less 25mg of sodium which is less than 1%. You can drink Diet Pepsi with confidence that nothing in it will hurt you.

How do you know for sure that Diet Pepsi is not harmful to you. Where is the proof.

Again, nice review, but a little grammar check was needed here, too. Just being constructive - hope not to offend :)
