In a nutshell, you simply log on to the Internet instead of starting up your car and burning gas, download certain web pages instead of physically moving from store to store, find what you're looking for with the click of a mouse, and buy it with a credit or debit card. Once products are purchased, they are usually shipped to your doorstep within a week.
