The King of Queens is Leaving CBS

A Look at What is in Store for the Ending of an Emmy-winning Sitcom

A recent TV commercial revealed that there are only 7 episodes left for The King of Queens TV show. This news came as a surprise because The King of Queens is a funny show. While not a number one fan of The King of Queens,
I have watched many humorous episodes featuring Kevin James and Leah Remini. One must wonder if The King of Queens is going to be replaced by a new CBS sitcom. Any changes that are made at CBS should reflect better programming in its attempt to boost ratings. Currently, the crime drama, CSI is the only program that is popular among TV audiences.

In a way, I regret not watching The King of Queens each week on CBS. Instead, I usually view more episodes from the sitcom's previous seasons, which are in syndication. I will definitely miss The King of Queens and must admit that it was one of the very few TV shows that I am willing to watch on CBS. Those who are familiar with The King of Queens have knowledge of Doug Heffernan's humorous personality and occasionally brutal relationship with his wife Carrie and her father Arthur. The King of Queens is filled with many jokes, love and fun. It is the perfect program to watch when you need a good laugh.

All of the characters on The King of Queens are worth watching. They are either pleasing or annoying. Many times, these feelings may change between the characters. However, Carrie's father Arthur is the most annoying person out of the bunch. Even with that placed into the mix, The King of Queens is a very entertaining TV show. While browsing online TV forums, it is no surprise that favorite characters include Doug, Carrie, Holly and Spence. However, I am sure that all of The King of Queens characters are favorites among TV fans, including Arthur Spooner.
