We Couldn't Live Without Our Kodak Easy Share Camera

As a new mother, I record every waking moment that I am within 100 feet of my son and with my easy share camera in tow. No one could stop me! It was so easy to take a picture then slide the round dial over to the movie setting and shoot a few precious baby videos. From the built in microphone to the ease of transferring my photos from my memory card to the computer this digital camera is simply the best. Now my easy share camera is not available anymore since they stopped producing the exact model, but there still are many other easy share's out there! They come within a variety of prices and styles and you can even buy an easy share printer with dock to print your pictures with out a computer. Their newest camera is the Kodak Easyshare One, which is an amazing 6.1 megapixel camera 3.0 in. high-resolution rotating display for only $200. The best thing about this camera is the ability to store up to 1500 pictures on the internal memory. This camera has something that many people want the ability to share your pictures through Wi-Fi!

The camera was secured to a tripod during the filming; you should consider buying one since the camera would shake slightly if you try to hold it yourself. This shaking will be apparent in your videos, as will any sudden raises in the tone of your voice. You should avoid talking loudly near the microphone since it can produce an unwanted feedback in the audio.

There is something that you should be aware of before you buy this camera as far as video editing goes you are limited. Since Kodak's camera only records its videos in a .mov file, you will need to buy the pro version of quick time or try to convert your files. I could not find a good free conversion websites so I purchased the quick time pro. Sadly, I did not get the chance to test out this new editing program since my camera broke. I am still morning the loss of our easy share camera and I wish I had another one.
