Product Review of Hoodia X57
There are so many diet products on the market today. Many of these products offers hope to burn fat and slim your way down to a trimmer and fitter you. I have tried many of these products and none seem to have worked. After hearing great things about a
fairly new natural weight loss supplement, called Hoodia, I thought I would give it a try. This is a review so far on this diet product.
Diane Sawyer featured Hoodia on 20/20. Since then there has been a ton of products made with the active ingredient Hoodia. For some who don't know what Hoodia is, I will tell you from what I read about it. Hoodia comes from a cactus like succulent plant called Hoodia Gordonii. This plant is located in South Africa. Supposedly, the Kalahari Bushman has been using this all-natural plant as an appetite suppressant for many years. What Hoodia is supposed to do is trick your brain into thinking you are full after you begin eating. Since this tricks the brain, so to speak, you eat less and don't feel hungry. Does this actually work?
I purchased Hoodia X57 at Wal-Mart. I thought well I tried everything else so why not try this. What you do is take two capsules in the morning with a full glass of water an hour before breakfast. You do this also before lunch and dinner. I followed the directions like they were given. I have to say that I do feel that this works to some extent. I had a bad problem of getting bored at home and so I would snack off and on through out the day. I noticed after I began taking them I didn't feel like snacking. After eating about half my meals I would begin feeling full and stop eating. I've only taken Hoodia X57 for a few days, but I do feel it is working. I have yet to step on a scale though to see if I have actually lost weight.
