Designer Skin Bloom Indoor Tanning Lotion Review
I have always heard that tan fat looks better than white fat. After having packed on some pounds from the holidays, I sure needed something to help me along while I shed the unwanted pounds. I decided to go to begin indoor tanning and see if the myth was true.
I made the decision to go tanning indoors and during a conversation with my "tanning consultant" discovered that I would need a great lotion to maximize my tanning results as well as to keep my skin moisturized. After looking thru the
mass amount of lotions I decided on Bloom by Designer Skin.
Bloom is a new lotion for 2007. It is made by Designer Skin and comes in a attractive floral print bottle along with a cute flower ponytail holder. Bloom is a tanning accelerator which contains no DHA and has natural bronzers. The color of the lotion is beige. Bloom has a light fruity scent however it is not too strong.
I have been using Bloom since my second week of tanning. I have noticed that I get great color when using it in any tanning bed from a level one base tanning bed to a level 5 high powered tanning bed. Since the product contains no DHA there is virtually no after tan odor from this product. My favorite feature is the natural bronzers, I no longer have orange hands or streaks from cosmetically enhanced bronzers.
The thing I liked least about this product was the scent. Everyones body reacts differently to different fragrances and on my skin it smelled kind of perfumish.
The price for Bloom is roughly $30-$50 dollars depending on which tanning salon you purchase it from. My overall opinion is this is a great product for any indoor tanner
