One day, while browsing the weight-loss isle at a local Wal-mart, I came across a scarlet red box that immediately drew my attention. Such a brilliant advertising strategy to choose that bold color that stands out so brightly among the many white boxes that fill the shelves. Seeing that NV had a new low price, I was skeptical but decided I could afford to give it a shot. I was desperate seeing that I was going to be a bridesmaid in a few weeks and didn't have much time to shed a few pounds.
The positives I experienced were about equal with the negatives. It gave me bursts of energy within hours of swallowing it. For the people who have a hard time swallowing pills, it is a small oval pill that is very easy to swallow unlike most weight-loss supplements. Having this great energy rush did make me want to take a trip to the gym and that was very motivating. NV also decreased my appetite some-what which made me eat a bit less. But let's get to the real question everyone wants to know the answer to. Did I lose weight? Yes but not much. Even still it is hard to prove if I lost it because of NV. I was working out and eating healthy also so who's to say that wasn't the reason for the weight-loss? The funny thing is that every diet pill promises to help you lose weight as long as you're exercising and eating right. So if we do this how do we even know if the supplement is working?
