The Philips Sonicare Essence e5000 rechargeable toothbrush is a great way to clean your teeth. I got mine this year when it was time to buy a new manual brush. Switching over from a manual to electric toothbrush is a little strange, especially as this was my first electric toothbrush. However, this model has an "Easy Start" feature that helps you get used to your Sonicare Essence e5000 that gently lets you get used to the power of the toothbrush, ramping up over a series of days. I highly recommend using this as it is a strange feeling to go from manual to electric power, particularly with the Sonicare brush, which at top speeds does 31,000 strokes per minute.
