Some people enjoy Coca-Cola. Some rave with a Red Bull. Some down Gatorade by the half gallon. And others seek their daily fixes at Starbucks. There is something for everybody out there, from Sprite to Snapple. But for me, Jones Soda is possibly the sweetest addiction anyone could ever hope to have.
Jones Soda is probably best known for its unique beverage flavors and cool packaging. They mostly rock it old school with clear glass bottles. I am not sure what it is about glass bottles, but soda sure does taste better packaged in glass than plastic or aluminum. If you have never had a soda from a glass bottle before, you should do a little taste test and see for yourself.
Cooler and more distinctive than the glass bottle, though, is the labeling on a Jones Soda bottle. The labels feature photos taken by every day people like you and me. And the photos are always changing so it is like getting a new little piece of artwork every time you buy a Jones Soda.
The you and me aspect of Jones Soda is part of its charm as well. Their slogan is run with the little guy... create some change. From their website, you can do such things as submit your own photos for a chance to get them on their label, rate other's submitted photos, leave feedback on their products, suggest new flavors, and submit your own quotes to be possibly featured on one of their bottle caps.
Jones Soda bottle caps are another fun thing about buying a Jones. After you twist it off, look under the cap where a fortune awaits you. It has a similar amusing affect as a fortune cookie. My most recent Jones Soda cap read "accept a gift graciously". Words of wisdom.
But my love for Jones Soda is not just about the bottle. The bottle would not be worth much if it were not for what is inside.
Inside is a soda that is perfectly sweetened and carbonated for optimal enjoyment.
