Family Fun at Bush Gardens

Do you want a place where the whole family can have fun? Bush Gardens Tampa Florida is an excellent place for the whole family. There are rides, animal exhibits and shows that will win your heart and the heart of those you love.

Fun for young children
For young children, specially pre-school age, there is one area of Busch Gardens I recommend: Land of the Dragons. This is a beautifully colored area with many rides, games, a playground and shows for small kids.

Most rides at this place have a dragon theme. There is a marry-go-round, a boat ride, cars on train-style tracks, and many other rides. At one end of this area, there is a show with a dragon, a princess and a knight (and some other animals, such as a dog); it is fun. Don't worry, it's not scary; the dragon is a friendly.

There is also a playground, where even younger kids (1-year olds) can play. For more fun, there is an area with an inflatable floor, filled with air, which children can jump up and down.

Fun for All
Throughout the park there are plenty of opportunities for pictures with real animals and animal statues. Bush Gardens is part zoo. See animals in cages and even roaming around in a jungle-like habitat. There are animals like lions, monkeys, zebras, giraffes, hippopotamus, rhinos and more. Take the whole family to see animals roaming around the jungle-like habitat by going on a jeep tour, a train ride, or skyride.

There are animal shows throughout Busch Gardens. One that I enjoyed was a bird show, where they have a singing parrot, a vulture, an emus, and more. Some fly over the audience's head from the stage and back to the stage to the show presenters.

The park is very fun, educational and entertaining.

Recommendations
To save money and time while at the park there are some things I recommend families to do:

1. Bring a bag (such as a backpack) with cold water bottles. Your family will need drinks in the park, because it is so hot here in Florida. Also, bring in some snacks in the backpack. Entrance employees will check bags at the gate, but they won't care what is in the bag as long is not dangerous, like firearms and such.
