If you are having problems with acne, here are some low cost and free ways to clear up your complexion and eliminate those pesky buggers for good.Drink
Instead of buying soft drinks and sodas, drink water. Drink at least 10 glasses per day. Water cleans out the impurities in your system.
Exercising
I really cannot express the importance of exercise. If you're the type of person who hates exercising, just walk. Walk around your block, take a walk in the park, walk around in your local mall, take the stairs instead of an elevator. It works the same way as drinking water.
Eat
instead of eating sugary and starchy and fried foods, eat more fruit. Fruits that are good are berries and acidic fruits such as grapefruit and oranges. Also eat more vegetables, whole grains.
Your Face
Using astringents such as Witch Hazel, and Hydrogen Peroxide can clear up your complexion. Another good pimple eliminator is cocoa butter. Buy a brand that is medicated, or any brand that when you put it on your face, you can feel it working. I have used it, and it makes them smaller, and smaller, then they are gone.
Glycerin soap is good to use, from puritan's Pride.
Other things To Do
Don't wash your face too often, that will not cure it. Twice a day is good enough. You have to work inside to cure the outside, and using things like astringents and soaps is an extra benefit to get it gone faster. Change your pillow case often. Don't use harsh soaps on your skin, and when you do use them, make sure you rinse it all off so that there isn't any residue left that will clog up your pores.
Remedy's
If you have mild acne, you can try this remedy. Mix baking soda and water making a paste. Apply to your acne areas and keep it on overnight, do this each night for a week. Another remedy is applying tea tree oil with a cotton ball; olive oil and salt use it as a wash daily, then limit to two to three times a week; rub some fresh garlic on acne areas before going to bed.
Actively doing any or all of these things will get you on the path to a heal tier you, and a much happier face.
